Associates Degree; (Bachelor’s Degree in engineering preferred) in an applicable technical field or equivalent experience in a Maintenance Manager position.  Minimum 5 years experience in a strong supervisory or management role in a manufacturing facility. Minimum 5 years experience in plant maintenance (electrical, mechanical, preventative, troubleshooting, and preferred programming of PLCs) Lead a team of 2 maintenance supervisors, 1 inventory, and 9 maintenance technicians. Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor
Associates Degree; (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) in an applicable technical field or equivalent experience in a supervisor position. 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Previous supervision experience highly recommended. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of 9 maintenance technicians and maintaining the computerized maintenance work order system.
