Earlier this month, FCEDC sponsored the Relationship Economics Summit ’25, hosted by AVNIR, a company founded by renowned author David Nour. The annual week-long conference is split up into two programs, each with its own leadership development experiences. During the early part of the week, FCEDC’s Brittany Odom attended the Lead NXT Leadership Development Program. Joined by management professionals from companies around the nation, they focused on the evolution of their leadership by understanding how they think, influence, and engage with their peers.

Robert Van Geons attended the latter half of the summit, the Senior Executive Symposium, reserved for C-suite leaders to come together for meaningful conversations on growth, governance, and resilience. During the program, attendees heard from panelists, reviewed case studies, and shared experiences on how trust, capital, and relationships drive sustained performance.
