This entry-level position will report directly to the IXM Day Production Supervisor at the Fayetteville, NC location. The position starts at $16.92/hr and moves to $19.32/hr after 1 year. The general operator monitors and operates equipment and facilities, including field equipment, ensuring quality and conformance with standard operating procedures. The general operator also maintains safety standards as well as initiates and follows emergency procedures when necessary. This position rotates through various roles within the area, including, in some cases, a control room rotation.
