eClerx Customer Operations Announces New Fayetteville Location
Company to add 40 jobs by June 1, 2017
FAYETTEVILLE, NC – eClerx Customer Operations today announced immediate plans for a new delivery center, to be located at 235 N. McPherson Church Road. The company looks to immediately begin hiring and plans to hire 40 new employees by June 1, 2017, with additional growth projected over the next 2 years.
“Fayetteville boasts several appealing factors which we believe are critical to success, including a bustling local community with access to a diverse labor force that draws upon military families and local colleges, an overall low cost of living, and reduced operating expenses,” the company said in a release. eClerx provides specialized customer and B2B care, as well as workflow optimization for cable and telecommunications companies across the country. With more than 9,000 employees world-wide, this is their first delivery center in the US.

Technical Support Agents will start at a competitive hourly rate during and after training, with all staff members eligible for performance-based bonuses based on individual and center performance, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
