Booz Allen and FCEDC chat with Greater Fayetteville Business Journal

Annette Redman, a Booz Allen executive vice president based in Fayetteville, spoke with Faith Hatton at the Greater Fayetteville Business Journal and our own Robert Van Geons in late January. They discussed Booz Allen’s new modular, 8,000-square-foot Joint Tech Acceleration Facility, Booz Allen’s generous ick-off grant for the STEAM Innovation Lab at the Airborne and Special Operations Museum in downtown Fayetteville, and the company’s commitment to the Fort Liberty, Fayetteville and Cumberland County Area through programs, projects and investments.

Booz Allen’s area presence has grown significantly over the last 15 years, as the company now employs more than 600 people across the region. They remain committed to the Fayetteville community and are excited to expand their operations to support the needs of the U.S. military and its warfighters.

According to Robert Van Geons, “We really believe that Fayetteville is becoming, and it is our goal to become, a center for applied innovation, that intersection of industry, and advanced technology and defense. And there is no louder statement that can be made than the investment by a private sector company to advance that area of expertise in your community.”

Real the story here.
