Held in Charlotte, NC, this two-day event brought together brokers and developers from across the Carolinas. As a featured partner, FCEDC President and CEO, Robert Van Geons, presented to the group the growth Fayetteville and Cumberland County have seen, and what makes our community a strong competitor for future investment. During the conference, attendees can also visit the FCEDC table to learn more about available sites and buildings, our premier East Coast location, and skilled workforce.

The conference also featured keynote speakers focusing on commercial real estate and economic growth topics. SIOR is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association. With more than 3,500 members and over 40 chapters around the world, it represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.
