Lab Operator (1)
Starting pay is $21.68 and top pay is $23.30 after 3 years. Requirements include: high school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years prior work experience in a lab environment or an Associate degree or greater in a Science field; possess a mechanical aptitude; willing and able to work a 12-hour rotating shift including some weekends and holidays.

Starting pay depends on experience. Entry pay rate is $22.56 and top rate is $33.70 within 3 years.
Reliability Engineers (2)
The Reliability Engineer (RE) provides solutions that optimize asset capacity and availability as well as Cost of Manufacture (COM) utilizing process and equipment data analysis methodologies. The RE utilizes Reliability analytics to understand cost performance and failure mode impact on the asset’s ability to perform against the business, maintenance & production strategies and develops recommendations for mitigation of the failure modes through modification of the maintenance strategy or proposal of asset modification (capital).
