RIPON – Ripon College was recognized again this year by The Chronicle of Higher Education as being among the “Great Colleges to Work For.”
Ripon recieved accolades for Collaborative Governance, Respect and Appreciation, Teaching Environment and Tenure Clarity and Process.
“This recognition speaks volumes about the dedication of Ripon college faculty and staff in creating an ideal learning environment for students,” said President Zach Messitte in a news release. “Our history and tradition of working together to create a better institution is important as higher education meets new challenges in the future.”
A total of 92 colleges were recognized in the magazine’s seventh annual survey of faculty and staff. Ripon and Beloit College were the only two ACM colleges and the only two Wisconsin-based colleges to make the list.
In addition, Ripon College was recognized as one of the 50 Great Affordable Colleges in the Midwest, coming in at No. 12 by GreatValueColleges.net.
